The company is focused on acquiring, improving, holding and managing our residential and commercial properties with integrity and long-term vision. We may sell a property we have when it is beneficial to an acquisition. We look to expand our portfolio to include a mixture of residential single-family homes and multifamily properties, as well as commercial real estate investments such as offices.
Through acquisitions and improvement of properties, we look to add value to the communities. While we primarily acquire properties directly from owners, we may choose to work with real estate agents for listed properties that we are interested in.
As principal investors and not real estate agents or real estate brokers, we do not manage, list, sell, or buy real estate property on behalf of others nor do we receive commissions for such.
